I spent my early career as an aerospace engineer in the 1980’s working in the space program as an analyst. I was fortunate enough to work at the Johnson Space Center in Houston as a Space Shuttle mission planner during the early years of the shuttle program.
I later worked at the Denver Museum of Natural History as a science educator.
My love of travel has led to various speaking and volunteer opportunities. I’ve lectured on my travels at numerous institutions in the Denver area. I was on the board of Hosteling International – Rocky Mountain Council whose mission was to promote budget travel and cultural awareness.
I’ve lived in the Denver area for the better part of 35 years where my interests have turned to travel planning, writing and freelance work including working the best cycling festivals in Colorado.
